TAKING STEPS WITH SMALL ARCHITECTURE: STUDIO NO’S SUN-BEDS-FOR-TWO
GREAT DESIGN DOESN’T have to be big and expensive. It’s more about elegantly solving problems and relating to human needs. Same with furniture.
Poland’s Studio No produce something they call “Small Architecture” – a witty cross between art, furniture and micro-architecture.
Polish artists Magda Szwajkcowska and Michal Majewski produced the piece for DoFA’ 2016 Lower Silesian Architecture Festival in their home city of Wroclaw.
The bright blue sunbeds-for-two are designed to activate an otherwise neglected set of stairs on the riverside.
